How do we recruit?

When vacancies are advertised these positions will be advertised on the Queensland Government Smart Jobs and Careers website at: www.smartjobs.qld.gov.au under the Department of Community Safety.

For your information there is an email advice service available on Smart Jobs which notifies you when there are vacancies. You will need to register on the Queensland Government Smart Jobs and Careers website. By accessing the link "Register" you can create an account, then set up job alert emails, apply for jobs online, manage your application history and update your contact details. When you set up the job alert function, by nominating "custodial" as your keyword, any time a vacancy is advertised on Smart Jobs with this key word, you will receive an email to advise you of the vacancy. You will then need to follow the link, and verify the location of the vacancy is appropriate for you.
