Business Model Review Staff Briefing

Senior managers, corporate office staff and stakeholders were briefed on the business model review process, the input and outcomes of the review, and the philosophy of the new structure at two separate briefings in October.

The Minister, Director-General and Business Model Review Chair, Dick Warry, informed attendees of the benefits of the recommendations, for staff, stakeholders and the Department.

During the month of November, further briefings will be conducted across the state by local senior managers. Please use these opportunities to absorb information, reflect on review recommendations, and to clarify any questions with local managers or the Business Model Implementation Team.
