Leaders in corrections: Partners in criminal and social justice
Programs
Delivery of QCS Programs to offenders is based on a thorough assessment of an offender's risk and need. Other factors such as sentence length, location of an offender, length of the program, required group numbers, group composition and program integrity may impact the delivery of a QCS program to an offender. Programs will also be delivered by External Service Providers in the community.
